• On-demand pickup and delivery
• Loyalty programs and mobile app access

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ to register. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Secure your login credentials
• Report unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse facilities, damage equipment, or engage in illegal activity. Prohibited items include hazardous or contaminated materials and illegal substances.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via third-party platforms. Pricing may change but will not affect already-paid services.

6. Pickup & Delivery

• Services available in limited areas
• Scheduling is not guaranteed due to conditions beyond control
• We are not liable for valuables left in garments

7. Limitations & Liability

We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect damages or delays.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

• Report within 48 hours with details and proof of value
• Compensation limited to replacement cost or actual value
• Self-service losses are not compensated

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Pickup can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled time
• No refunds for in-progress services
• Refunds processed to original payment method

10. Communications

You consent to service-related communications. Marketing messages can be opted out of at any time.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All Luxe Laundries branding, content, and tools are protected and may not be reused without written consent.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by California law. Legal action must be filed in Los Angeles County courts. Please contact us to resolve issues before filing disputes.

14. Updates

We may revise these Terms. Updates will be posted on our site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Termination

We may suspend service if you violate terms. You may close your account anytime by contacting us.
